Red Lace surgical stainless steel circular needles by ChiaoGoo. These needles have a smooth, satin-sheen finish and memory-free, multi-strand, steel, nylon-coated, red cable. Lace tips are machine-precisioned. Needle size is laser imprinted on each circular.

How to choose the length:

When knitting in the round, you are advised to choose needles that are shorter than the circumference of your project. For flat knitting, it is more comfortable to knit with longer cables (80 or 120cm).

- 40cm circular needles: suitable for knitting sleeves, collars, hats and other circular pieces with small diameters in the round.

- 60cm circular needles: suitable for knitting children's sweaters and close-fitting women's tops in the round.

- 80cm circular needles (standard size): suitable for knitting the body of adult sweaters and other pieces of larger diameters in the round, and for knitting flat. 

- 120cm circular needles: allows you to knit large pieces like cardigans, shawls etc more comfortably.
