Merchant & Mills sewing pattern. The Scout was inspired by 1920's women's scouting uniforms. Make as a neat shirt or dress with optional tie. The dress has in-seam pockets.

Skill level: Intermediate. All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless stated otherwise and are included in the pattern. This is a multi-size Paper pattern including sizes 6 – 18.

Suitable fabrics: linen, cotton chambray, poplin, lightweight denim, linen/cotton blends. If you choose something with less drape the top will have a more sculptural look.

You will also need: 6 x 11-15 mm / ½ - ¾" buttons; 0.5 m / ¾ yd interfacing for shirt & dress; 0.8 m / 1yd interfacing for the tie (cut on the bias).
